Full assistance with camp selection
Detailed and repeated consultation on the advantages and disadvantages of each camp, assistance in talking to camp directors, offering other camps and making the final decision.
Documents and forms
Complete assistance with all documents and forms such as complete application of the chosen camp, health forms, insurance, visa, all instructions from the camp.
Travel planning and individual preparation of the child and family for the stay
Assistance with choosing the best way to arrive at the camp, booking flights/tickets. Taking care of the instructions from the camp on what and how to pack, what to expect during the first days, how to deal with different situations, etc.
VIP escort and care
If you don’t want your child to travel as an “accompanied minor” and you are not able to travel with him/her, we can arrange for a professional escort for the whole trip there and back.
We will also provide special equipment if required by the camp (such as pillows and bedding, sports equipment, uniform, etc.)
We will keep you informed of every day your child is at camp throughout their stay.
